Catherine Tarr, Administrator, Corporate Tax
Catherine joined the firm in 2021 and works as an administrator in the Corporate Tax team.
Tell us a bit about your role and Kirk Newsholme…
I have worked in the Corporate tax team for just under 3 years. My role involves a variety of admin tasks including supporting the client handlers with submitting Returns, raising bills and filing all client information electronically on our systems. The majority of my work involves collating and checking client documents ready for submission to HMRC. I have found Kirk Newsholme to be a really friendly, sociable place to work – everyone supports one another and there’s a real team ethos.
What would you be if you didn’t work in Tax?
I would be an author of Mystery or Romance books!
What are you currently watching?
I am really enjoying ‘Slow Horses’ and ‘High Potential’
Where is your favourite place in the World?
America – there is so much to see and do and each area so different to the next.
What’s on your bucket list?
To visit more places in America and to watch more live music performances
