Audit Semi-Senior/Senior - Leeds LS15

Due to the continued growth of our firm, we have an exciting opportunity for an accountant with at least two years external audit experience to join our thriving audit team in our dynamic, forward thinking accountancy practice based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

This role is as an Audit Senior leading “on-site” audit fieldwork at clients’ premises, liaising with clients’ senior management and managing the audit team onsite. You will report to one of our Audit Managers or direct to a Partner, taking responsibility for the completion of audit files and the drafting of audited financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA or ACCA (or exam finalist) with at least two years external audit experience. Ideally this experience will predominantly be of auditing UK owner managed and family businesses who report under FRS102;
  • At least twelve months experience of leading “on-site” audit assignments and reporting to audit managers and partners;
  • Strong accounts experience;
  • Excellent communicator who needs to be able to work as part of a growing team, dealing with clients and other team members with a variety of experience alike;
  • Full UK driving licence and car; and
  • Good excel skills are a must, and experience with ProAudit, IRIS and SAGE would be preferable.

Receptionist/Administrator – Leeds 15

Hours – 20-30 pw over 4-5 days (must be able to cover Mondays and preferably Fridays)

Salary – £28k-£32k FTE (dependent on background and experience)

Start date – September/October 2026

Due to the continued growth of the firm, we have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator with previous experience in a similar role to join our thriving accountancy practice based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

Being the first point of contact for our clients when visiting or phoning in to our offices, we are looking for an approachable person who can demonstrate a professional manner whilst giving our clients a warm and friendly welcome.

The role:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Meeting & greeting clients, making refreshments
  • Client data inputting & overseeing client onboarding checks
  • ad hoc typing
  • Electronic filing
  • Post handling
  • Stationery monitoring & ordering
  • Office health & safety monitoring
  • Various other general admin duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a receptionist/admin role
  • Warm, friendly and professional manner with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Good communicator
  • Good use of Microsoft packages such as Word
