Innovate UK EDGE services are available to high growth or high growth potential SMEs across the North of England.
To qualify, businesses need to be developing a product or service that could potentially revolutionise new UK markets.
This government funded initiative helps businesses to drive economic growth by supporting them to:
- Exploit Innovation; helping businesses to understand innovation management, make connections within the Innovation ecosystem, exploit, and protect their IP.
- Attract new funding and finance; specialists can advise on the best options from regional, national and international sources, both public and private, to support innovation and expansion plans.
- Access new markets; companies can access to comprehensive and tailored advice, for example on sourcing and establishing connections with new collaborators and business partners and on local and international regulations.
