In April, we were delighted to host another of our popular Breakfast Brief & Connect events, bringing together clients and contacts for an informal morning of insight and networking (and bacon sandwiches!). This session focused on an important topic for many business owners—succession planning.
KN’s Corporate Tax Consultant, Jim Meakin shared practical guidance on the different options available when planning for the future, from preparing for a potential sale to passing a business on to the next generation, the session explored key considerations and common challenges that business owners may face.
As with all of our Breakfast Brief & Connect events, the aim was not only to share technical knowledge, but also to create an opportunity for open conversation. These sessions provide a valuable space to discuss real-world challenges, exchange ideas, and gain perspective from others in a similar position.
We always enjoy the opportunity to connect with our clients and contacts in a more relaxed setting, and it was great to see such positive engagement on a topic that is often put off but plays a crucial role in long-term planning.
