We’re delighted to celebrate some brilliant achievements from our team this month! Our staff nominations process gives everyone the chance to highlight colleagues who’ve gone above and beyond to make a positive impact. Team celebration

 

Congratulations to the following people for their outstanding contributions this quarter:

 

Diane Taylor – Senior Manager, Audit

  • Passion & Responsibility – taking the time on complex audits to produce excellent work leading to very productive client meetings, and appreciation from the clients
  • Nurture – taking the time to work with others from different departments to show how their roles interact
  • Support – making the time to assist new starters settle into their roles

  • Passion – taking the time to arrange the fantastic office quiz night
  • Support – swapping her days off to offer admin support in the office when others were away
  • Responsibility – arranging and planning all of the Christmas events including the party!

Hayley Cawston – Assistant Manager, Personal Tax

  • Passion & Responsibility – regularly being on hand to deal with adhoc Cosec queries and helping clients deal with unexpected issues which they have clearly appreciated
  • Nurture – taking the time to work with others from different departments to show how their roles interact
  • Support – constantly being on hand to help colleagues learn new elements within their own role
Hayley Cawston – Assistant Manager, Personal Tax

 

Kesar Sehra – Trainee Accountant, Business Services

  • Passion –  being enthusiastic at all the given tasks, particularly in relation to the updating of a client’s customer database which felt like it was never going to end
  • Responsibility – being proactive in making good quality notes to learn quickly the bookkeeping tasks required and undertaken them with minimum support
  • Responsibility  – not giving up on difficult reconciliations and continuing to work on them until complete. Hiss attention to detail has helped complete a number of complex tasks.
