Congratulations to the following people for their outstanding contributions this quarter:

 

Brooklyn Lipo, Tax Trainee

  • Support – going the extra mile during a busy tax period and spending additional time with new trainees to help them settle in smoothly
  • Initiation – identifying and communicating important updates in tax software to the wider team

Megan Yorke, Tax Senior:

  • Passion & Responsibility – overall management, control and completion of a busy tax period
  • Support – taking the time to provide clear and concise information to the audit team
  • Interaction – assisting colleagues in understanding further the role of the tax team

Matthew Turner, Senior Audit Trainee:

  • Nurture – taking time with new trainees to explain auditing concepts to help develop their audit skills from an early stage
  • Responsibility – being proactive in considering the type of audit testing required on complex business structures and researching relevant options
  • Support – supporting managers by taking on the training of junior team members freeing more of their time
  • Interaction – communicating well with clients to discuss issues, helping to develop relationships
Matthew Turner — Senior Audit Trainee

 

Adam Reidy-Thompson, Assistant Accountant:

  • Support– supporting our newer trainees with both their office and college work helping them to become organised in a short space of time
  • Passion – constantly looking for opportunities to build on his excel skills to assist in making work for all more efficient. Also his ongoing work on AI testing
  • Responsibility – managing client relationships and trainee’s work during senior staff holiday periods
  • Interaction – assisting at careers events and with promotional video projects
Adam Reidy-Thompson — Assistant Accountant

 

Millie Spargo, KNFP Administrator:

  • Support – covering holiday periods for others on top of her own workload ensuring the work kept flowing
  • Interaction – communicating well with clients to ensure they were kept informed during complex processes helping to maintain strong relationships
