KN Breakfast, Brief & Connect; unpacking the Chancellor’s autumn budget and it’s impact on SMEs

On 3rd December, our team hosted another successful breakfast event, where clients and contacts gathered to discuss the Chancellor’s much-anticipated Autumn Budget announcement. While the budget wasn’t as stringent as some had feared, it brought forward a range of important considerations for SMEs. As always, our goal was to provide valuable insights to help businesses make informed, strategic decisions as they plan for the future.

We welcomed guests in from a chilly morning outside, where hot coffees and bacon sandwiches offered a cozy start to the morning. KN tax experts Clare Thomas (Tax Director) and Jim Meakin (Corporate Tax Consultant) then delivered an insightful presentation on the key takeaways from the budget, focusing on its direct implications for SMEs, with plenty of time afterwards for some relaxed networking.
