National Apprenticeship Week has been a key focus for us this month, alongside preparations for several upcoming careers events, members of our team have been out in the local community championing apprenticeships and the opportunities they create for young people.
Apprenticeships play a huge role within our firm, with a significant proportion of our team currently working towards professional qualifications across a range of apprenticeship levels, these individuals are key members of our business, developing their skills and confidence as they progress in their roles.
Our careers events provide a great opportunity for our apprentices to share their own journeys first-hand, inspiring students who are considering a future in accountancy and offering insight into what an apprenticeship can really look like in practice.
