Key role at Kirk Newsholme:
James joined Kirk Newsholme in 2017 as an Apprentice in the Audit team and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2022. He has gained a wealth of knowledge working on a variety of audits and now leads the onsite team as an Audit Supervisor, providing assistance and reviewing junior colleagues work.
“Since starting at Kirk Newsholme as a school leaver, I have been able to develop my skills not only in accountancy and audit, but also in confidence and other personal skills. I find it really interesting to work closely with businesses of various sizes and seeing the differences in how they operate and succeed.”
About me:
I enjoy playing cricket in summer and spending time with my family. I also thought it was a good idea to be a Leeds United fan which isn’t working out too well at the moment.

I really enjoy the Marvel films, especially the films leading up to Avengers Endgame
Favourite place:
Menorca – I have some really good memories of holidays there with my family and hope to visit again soon
