Tough Mudder Team Training begins…

A few of this year’s KN Tough Mudder team took the opportunity recently in the May sunshine to get outdoors and kick start their training for this year’s big event – Tough Mudder at Broughton Hall in Skipton.  Many were under the illusion that they had signed up to the more gentle 5k course until the horror unveiled that we will actually be enduring it’s bigger, meaner, tougher competition…’The Classic’ – 10 miles, 25 obstacles and all set in a huge mud bath!  This, along with rumours quickly spreading around the office of horror obstacles such as the ‘electrocution one’ and the ‘‘iced-water skip one’ one was enough to panic certain members of the team into dusting off their running gear and kick starting the training off for fear of failing at the first hurdle.

Lyndsay ‘Karate Kid’ Midgley armed with her pads and positive mental attitude had us dropping and giving her 20 if there was a mere mention of giving up…we’re also holding on to hope that trainee Oskar, aka Mean Master of Martial Arts still has time to whip us into shape as the training continues…so we now have our TM Team of 22 who will be taking part in this event on Sunday 28th July and believe us when we say… we need all the help we can get!

Our chosen charity this year is MIND and all donations will go towards this amazing cause who’s work supports the many people in the UK who suffer with mental illness.

Donate now!

All donations will be greatly appreciated and we’ll keep you posted on the training… watch our video to check us out so far!
