Each month we’ll interview one of the team here at KN to tell you a bit more about themselves and their role….after all, everyone loves a good nosey don’t they?!
Joe Pass – Senior Trainee Accountant, Business Services
Joe joined the firm in 2022 following his A levels and works in the Business Services team as a Senior Trainee, studying towards his ACA qualification under an apprenticeship.
Tell us a bit about your role and Kirk Newsholme
A typical day for me in Business Services consists of preparing year-end accounts, quarterly and monthly VAT Returns and bookkeeping for the firm’s clients. I enjoy the variety of work my role brings and being part of a team that works closely together to support our clients gives me a great sense of satisfaction.
What are you currently watching?
I’m watching The Day of the Jackal at the moment but my favourite TV shows are Power and Prison Break. Apart from those, I really enjoy watching all sport – football being my favourite where I support Man United!
Where is your favourite place in the World?
I went to Marbella this summer and really enjoyed it there and am planning to go again next summer – it has a great mix of everything and the night life is great!
What’s on your bucket list?
I’d love to go travelling in Australia and Asia visiting all the different countries there!
