Key role at Kirk Newsholme:
Courtney started at Kirk Newsholme as a school leaver in 2018, having always known that she wanted to do an accounting apprenticeship. She became a fully qualified chartered accountant in 2024 and has since worked her way up to Audit Supervisor continuing to lead teams on site now taking on a more hybrid role, providing assistance and reviewing junior colleagues’ work.
“Kirk Newsholme has enabled me to experience working with a large variety of clients, this has helped me to grow as a person and in my role. The apprenticeship scheme is an excellent route in to Accountancy and I now enjoy supporting junior colleagues who are travelling the same path as I have.“

Quirky Fact:
I am a 3rd degree blackbelt in Tae-kwon-do and 1st degree blackbelt in kickboxing. My goal is to become a grand master, 10th degree black belt, in Tae-kwon-do.
